Frequently asked questions about renting and viewing:
Please register as an interested party/applicant for your desired apartment. During the registration process you will be informed about free viewing appointments. Select your desired date there. You will receive a confirmation of the appointment from us after the registration is complete.
If you are already registered in our database, please log in with your e-mail and password in our log-in area. If you are registered, you can book or cancel your appointment here.
We kindly ask you to select only one of your preferred apartments at the time of registration. If it is not possible to rent your preferred apartment, we will actively approach you and find another apartment for you. Please be patient. Since we are currently receiving a lot of inquiries, it may take some time until you receive our feedback.
Important: Please avoid double registrations. Multiple registrations do not increase your chances of getting a positive answer for an apartment! If you are interested in different apartments, please apply for one of these apartments and let us know the alternative apartments by mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Yes, the ALBA rental team can subsequently adapt the selection of your desired apartment for you. Please bear in mind that it only makes sense to adjust the apartment of your choice if you register as an applicant.

If you are not yet registered in our database as an interested party/applicant, select your desired apartment in the apartment finder and register online. You can provide your documents during the registration process.
