Apartment 46.6.4

Apartments can be rented for 15 months or longer.

The security deposit is 3 monthly base rents and should ideally be deposited in the full amount for that purpose. Principally, every tenant has the statutory right to pay the security deposit in three instalments.

There is both a Vodafone connection and a fibre optic connection from Telekom.

Keeping small pets in reasonable numbers is permitted as long as they do not bother other parties in the house. Pursuant to the Dangerous Dogs Ordinance of the State of Berlin, keeping an attack dog in the building is prohibited. Other kinds of pets may be kept subject to the landlord’s consent.

There are designated spaces and connections for both a washing machine and a dryer in each apartment.

Please arrive in time for your viewing appointment in front of the respective building entrance in which your preferred apartment is located. There you will be received by an Apleona employee.

Yes, the Apleona rental team can subsequently adapt the selection of your desired apartment for you. 

If you are already registered as an interested party or applicant, simply log in with your e-mail and password in the log-in area. Once you are registered, you can upload your documents or edit your data.

If you are not yet registered in our database as an interested party/applicant, select your desired apartment in the apartment finder and register online. You can provide your documents during the registration process.

You can edit data relating to your application independently in the log-in area. You can also delete your application and all related documents yourself.

You can make an appointment to view the preferred apartment and provide us with all the necessary documents online for review. We will check the documents within 14 days and you will receive feedback from Apleona. Please note that missing documents will delay the examination.
